Quote requests are switched off. When you use the form, your answers stay in your browser’s memory on that page. They are not sent to us or anyone else, and they are not saved. They are gone when you leave or reload the page.
What the form asks for
Business type, ZIP code, the coverage you are asking about, your name, business name, email and phone. The form also asks you to agree to be contacted about that one request.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or card details.
What the form does not do
- It does not put your answers in the page address.
- It does not save your answers in browser storage or cookies.
- It does not send your answers to analytics or advertising tools. This site uses none.
- Our form code does not write your answers to logs.
Campaign details from links
If you arrive from an ad or email link, the address may include campaign tags such as utm_source or a click ID. The form keeps only a short list of these tags, in page memory. If requests are open, they are sent with your request so we know which link brought you. The rest of the address and the page you came from are not kept.
When requests are open
Requests are not open yet. Before they open, this notice will be updated to name who receives requests, why, and how long they are kept. Nothing is sent until then.
Hosting
Our hosting provider may keep basic technical records when you load a page, such as your IP address and the page requested. That is separate from the form.
Fonts and images
Fonts and photos load from this website itself. The pages make no requests to outside font, image or tracking services.
